On October 3, 2026, between 05:41 and 10:41 CEST, API logins failed, so customers were unable to authenticate via our API. Domains, DNS and all other services were not affected.
The cause was a database table used during the API login process that had reached its maximum capacity for new entries. We have expanded the table and API logins are working normally again. We are also reviewing our monitoring to detect this kind of issue earlier in the future.
